Obligations Continue After the Project Has Been Completed
During the maintenance period following the use of the grant funding, the beneficiary must regularly demonstrate that the commitments made are still being fulfilled. These reports are structured documents whose format and content are based on the indicators defined in the funding agreement, the capacities maintained and the data preserved. I can prepare these reports even if I was not involved in writing or implementing the original grant application.
The process begins with a review of the funding agreement and the final financial settlement. From this, I determine what must be reported, what needs to be documented and how the information should be presented. This is followed by collecting the required data, preparing the report and, where necessary, handling any requests for additional information. If the project is still ongoing, project management, is the appropriate starting point; for new developments, grant monitoring and grant writing, are also available.

I prepare the periodic reports in accordance with the requirements of the funding agreement.

I review the required indicators and collect the supporting data demonstrating their fulfilment.

I keep track of when the next report is due so that submission deadlines are not missed.
Additional Information Requests
I prepare responses to any questions or requests for additional information received after submission.
