2. Forráskeresés, pályázatfigyelés Folyamatosan nyomon követem az aktuális pályázati […]

The grant lifecycle consists of several interconnected stages. The overview below shows how the collaboration works, from the initial consultation through to the end of the maintenance period.

1. Needs Assessment

As a first step, we discuss the development you are planning, the available framework and the proposed timeline. This determines which grant opportunities may be relevant.

2. Funding Search and Grant Monitoring

I continuously monitor current grant opportunities and identify calls that match your plans, including both EU-funded and domestic programmes.

3. Preparation and Submission

I prepare the grant documentation, including the professional content, budget and required attachments, then handle the submission and any requests for additional information.

4. Implementation and Financial Reporting

After the funding decision, project coordination, financial reporting and the preparation of professional reports follow. My aim is to ensure that the awarded funding is used properly and cost-effectively.

5. Maintenance Period

Obligations remain even after the project has been completed. I also assist with the preparation of maintenance reports and progress reports so that the fulfilment of the required indicators can be properly documented.

I am also happy to discuss the details with you personally: write or call me..

The post Így zajlik az együttműködés – a pályázati életút lépésről lépésre appeared first on RGJ Pályázatírás, Projektmenedzsment.

Ilyenkor […]

Grant opportunities are constantly changing: new calls are announced, while others close or are modified. Many businesses, municipalities and civil organisations only realise afterwards that there was a funding opportunity for which they would have been eligible. Below, I summarise when it is generally worth seeking expert assistance.

When You Only Have a Development Idea

The best time is during the early planning stage of the development. At this point, the planned investment can still be shaped to match the conditions of the most suitable grant call, and the timeline can also be adjusted accordingly. It is considerably more difficult to find funding afterwards for a fully developed plan with every detail already fixed.

When the Grant Documentation Is Complex

EU and domestic funding calls follow different structures and require different attachments. Ensuring consistency between the professional content, budget and indicators is one of the key aspects of the evaluation process. I can assist with compiling these elements, from preparation before submission through to handling any requests for additional information.

When the Project Is Already Being Implemented

Winning the grant alone does not guarantee the success of the project. Proper implementation, financial reporting and the reports required during the maintenance period also demand careful attention. Project management remains an ongoing task throughout these stages.

If you are planning a development and are unsure which opportunity is right for you, feel free to contact me — the service fee is determined based on an individual quotation.

The post Mikor érdemes pályázatíróhoz fordulni? appeared first on RGJ Pályázatírás, Projektmenedzsment.
